The hotel is nestled within the lush greenery of the jungle, providing a peaceful escape with the soothing sounds of nature. The location, set by the beach, offers stunning ocean views. The staff is attentive and friendly, providing excellent service. Breakfast was delicious and the cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impeccable.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We spent our Christmas vacation in a hotel surrounded by breathtaking natural landscapes. The location was perfect, we were immersed in the forests while also enjoying the ocean at our doorstep. The private jacuzzi was a hit, and the Butler service was quite efficient. The food at the hotel tasted fantastic and there were a variety of restaurants to choose from. One of the best things about our experience was the friendly and accommodating staff.

The resort's buggy service was quite slow and could take up to thirty minutes. The private pool was a disappointment, it had dirty water and needed more chemicals to keep it clean and functional.

No issues.

Staying at this resort was beyond our dreams. the location was breathtaking, surrounded by nature. the food in all other restaurants was exceptional. the room was spacious, tastefully decorated with a charming bathroom. the service was top-notch. We loved the amazing breakfast and could not get enough of the spectacular views from our room. the serene infinity pools were a delight, and we enjoyed the Jetty beach.

We had trouble getting around due to a few inconvenient buggies.

The luxurious amenities here show that this hotel is truly five stars. the staff is exceptional and they went above and beyond to fulfill our needs. the location here is breathtaking with beautiful views and incredible beach access. the spa centre provides a body scrub, full body massage and a range of beauty treatments that left us feeling completely relaxed. the outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers provided a perfect place to catch some rays and lounge around.

The only negative aspect we experienced was that the in-room breakfast service was a bit slow. the continental breakfast and buffet breakfast at the restaurant more than made up for it.

The location was breathtaking, nestled in the middle of a lush green jungle with the ocean just a stone's throw away - dream come true! the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. And, the food was exceptional and worth every penny you spend.

I must say that getting around the property was challenging, due to its vast size, and the buggy service took quite some time to reach for your convenience. some staff seemed to be more driven by tips, and their focus was on that instead of providing a great service.
